Secure Processors operates a community drop-off site for newspaper, magazines, cardboard, office paper, aluminum, textiles, etc. at our other facility located at 530 W. 4th St. Flora, IL 62839

Effective January 1, 2019 Secure Processors/Clay County Rehabilitation will no longer accept any type of plastic material for recycling.  This includes food containers, water/soda bottles, detergent containers, etc.

Accepted Items:

  • Office Paper

  • Magazines

  • Newspaper

  • Cardboard (trailers set up for cardboard)

  • Aluminum Cans

  • Textiles (in blue bin)-clothing & linens

  • Purses (in blue bin)

  • Shoes (please tie pairs together with laces)

Be sure to:

  • Remove food box liners or plastic film

  • Flatten all boxes

  • Cut large cardboard to less than 2'x3'

  • Keep paper fibers dry

  • Tie shoes together
